1351.02  PARKING TRAILERS.
   No person shall park any trailer on any street, alley, highway or other public place, or any tract of land owned by any person, occupied or unoccupied, within the City except as provided in this section.
   (a)   Emergency or temporary stopping or parking is permitted on any street, alley or highway for not longer than two hours subject to any other and further prohibitions, regulations or limitations imposed by the traffic code of the City.
   (b)   No person shall park or occupy any trailer on any lot within the territorial limits of the City, except the parking of only one unoccupied trailer in an accessory private garage building, or in a rear yard, is permitted; provided, that no living quarters shall be maintained or any business practiced in such trailer while such trailer is so parked or stored.
