   (c)   Industrial Only.    Fees- one half percent (½%) of gross contract price with minimum of $150.00 per installation of alteration with the maximum fee of $5000.00, permit to be effective for one year from date of issuance.
   These permits shall be renewed at expiration of the one (1) year, at a rate of 1/4% of gross contract price per installation or alteration with the maximum fee of $2500.00, again to be renewed one year from date of issuance.  Any additional renewals will be at the same rate and with the same provisions as contained herein.  (Ord. 01-9348.  Passed 11-7-01.)
