The Fourth Ward shall consist of all territory within the City limits of Campbell and lying within the following described boundaries: Beginning at the western City limits of Campbell, being the centerline of the Mahoning River; thence northerly along the dividing line between the City of Campbell and the City of Youngstown to the centerline of Wilson Avenue; thence southeasterly along the centerline of Wilson Avenue to the present city limits; thence northerly along the dividing line between the City of Campbell and the City of Youngstown and Coitsville Township to the centerline of McCartney Road; thence easterly along the centerline of McCartney Road to the centerline of Coitsville Road; thence southwesterly along the centerline of Coitsville Road to the centerline of Neoka Drive; thence southerly along the centerline of Neoka Drive to the centerline of Park Drive; thence westerly along the centerline of Park Drive to the centerline of Eastern Avenue; thence southerly along the centerline of Eastern Avenue to the centerline of Blossom Avenue; thence westerly along the centerline of Blossom Avenue to the centerline of Sixth Street; thence southerly along the centerline of Sixth Street to the centerline of Whipple Avenue; thence easterly along the centerline of Whipple Avenue to the centerline of Tenth Street; thence southerly along the centerline of Tenth Street to the centerline of Penhale Avenue; thence westerly along the centerline of Penhale Avenue to the centerline of Sixth Street; thence southerly along the centerline of Sixth Street to the centerline of Devitt Avenue; thence southwesterly along the centerline of Devitt Avenue and Fourth Street to the centerline of Wilson Avenue; thence southeasterly along the centerline of Wilson Avenue to the centerline of Sixth Street; thence southwesterly along the centerline produced by Sixth Street to the centerline of the Mahoning River; thence northwesterly along the dividing line between the City of Campbell and the City of Youngstown to the place of beginning.
