The Third Ward shall consist of all territory within the City limits of Campbell and lying within the following described boundaries: Beginning at the centerline of Park Drive at its intersection with the centerline of Eastern Avenue; thence easterly along the centerline of Park Drive to the centerline of Neoka Drive; thence southerly along the centerline of Neoka Drive to the centerline of Blossom Avenue; thence easterly along the centerline of Blossom Avenue to the centerline of Sixteenth Street; thence southerly along the centerline of Sixteenth Street to the centerline of Tenney Avenue; thence westerly along the centerline of Tenney Avenue to the centerline of Sixteenth Street; thence southerly along the centerline of Sixteenth Street to the centerline of Bright Avenue; thence westerly along the centerline of Bright Avenue to the centerline of Fifteenth Street to the centerline of Tremble Avenue; thence westerly along the centerline of Tremble Avenue to the centerline of Twelfth Street; thence northerly along the centerline of Twelfth Street to the centerline of Penhale Avenue; thence westerly along the centerline of Penhale Avenue to the centerline of Tenth Street; thence northerly along the centerline of Tenth Street to the centerline of Whipple Avenue; thence westerly along the centerline of Whipple Avenue to the centerline of Sixth Street; thence northerly along the centerline of Sixth Street to the centerline of Blossom Avenue; thence easterly along the centerline of Blossom Avenue to the centerline of Eastern Avenue; thence northerly along the centerline of Eastern Avenue to the place of beginning.
