The First Ward shall consist of all the territory within the City limits of Campbell, and lying within the following described boundaries: On the north, beginning at the centerline produced of Twelfth Street where it intersects the centerline produced of Tremble Avenue; then in an easterly direction along the centerline of Tremble Avenue produced to the centerline of Fifteenth Street; thence northerly along the centerline of Fifteenth Street to the centerline of Bright Avenue; thence easterly along the centerline of Bright Avenue to Sixteenth Street; thence southerly along the centerline of Sixteenth Street to the centerline of Robinson Road; thence easterly along the centerline of Robinson Road to the centerline of Struthers-Coitsville-Hubbard Road; thence southerly along centerline of Struthers-Coitsville-Hubbard Road to a point on the southern city limits; thence westerly along the dividing line between the City of Campbell and Coitsville Township to the centerline of Struthers-Liberty Road; thence southerly along the centerline of Struthers-Liberty Road to the line dividing the City of Campbell and the City of Struthers; thence in a westerly and southerly direction along the line dividing the City of Campbell with the City of Struthers and Coitsville Township to the centerline of the Mahoning River; thence in a westerly and northerly direction along the centerline of the Mahoning River to a point produced by the centerline of Sixth Street; thence northeasterly along the centerline of Sixth Street to the centerline of Wilson Avenue; thence northwesterly along the centerline of Wilson Avenue to the centerline of Fourth Street; thence northeasterly along the centerline of Fourth Street and Devitt Avenue to the centerline of Sixth Street; thence northerly along the centerline of Sixth Street to the centerline of Penhale Avenue; thence easterly along the centerline of Penhale Avenue to the centerline of Twelfth Street; thence southerly along the centerline of Twelfth Street to the place of beginning.
