The Zoning and Planning Commission shall give consideration to suitable sites for schools, parks, playgrounds, and other common areas for public use so as to conform with a plan for the City. Any provision for schools, parks, and playgrounds, should be indicated on the preliminary plan that in order that it may be determined when and in what manner such areas will be dedicated to or acquired by the proper agency.
