979.06 STORMWATER MANAGEMENT FEE.

A monthly service charge is imposed upon all real property in the City to fund stormwater management programs. This service charge shall be known as the Stormwater Management Fee ("Fee"). (Ord. 07-0673. Passed 6-6-07.)
