The Council shall provide for the election of a Charter Review Commission of nine (9) persons at the regular municipal election of 2015, and each eight (8) years thereafter. Should nine (9) or less persons file acceptable petitions for nomination to the Charter Review Commission, these persons shall be declared elected and no election shall be held. The Council shall fill any vacancies on the Charter Review Commission by a majority vote. The Council shall provide for the submission of the recommendations of the Charter Review Commission to the electors at the general election of the following year. Not less then thirty (30) days prior to such election, the Clerk of Council shall mail a copy of the proposed revisions to each elector as provided for by the Constitution of the State of Ohio.
