951.04 PERMIT FEES FOR BASEBALL FIELDS.

   (a)   Permit fees for the use of the major league baseball field and Glossbrenner Field at Roosevelt Park are hereby established.

   (b)   The cost of said permit shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per game and twenty dollars ($20.00) per practice session.  Said practice sessions shall be for no longer than two and one-half hours, each session.

   (c)   All teams shall obtain permits for field usage and payment shall be waived for the following:

Campbell Memorial High School Baseball Team

Any team that consists of a majority of players who are residents of the City of Campbell.

   (d)   The permit fees collected shall be deposited in the Park Department Fund.
