(b) Said sanitary sewer tap-in permits shall be issued by the Health Department which shall provide for the inspection of the above tap-ins by the Plumbing Inspector.
(c) Inspection fees are included in the permit fee and are as follows:
Areas zoned R-1, R-2 and R-3 | $50.00 |
Areas zoned C-1, C-2 and C-3 | $75.00 |
Areas zoned M-1,M-2 and I P | $100.00 |
Said fees shall be paid to the Plumbing Inspector by voucher and the remainder of the permit fee shall be deposited in the General Fund. (Ord. 96-8942. Passed 3-6-96.)
