(a) Misdemeanor 4th Degree up to thirty (30) days in jail - up to $250.00 fine. Late Registration fee: $50.00 day ($250.00 per week).
(b) $35.00 per single family
$20.00 per unit in multi-dwellings.
(c) Re-inspection fee: When a property has been inspected and is deemed non- compliant, there is a $50.00 re-inspection fee for the 1st and 2nd instance and a $100 fee if a third inspection is required.
(d) No property shall be rented unless the property is in full compliance with all property codes and ordinances. All rental property owners shall schedule a property inspection with the City of Campbell within 30 days of signing a lease or rental agreement.
