Any Landlord that purchases or acquires a rental property at any time after July 1, 2011, shall be required to register their property with the City of Campbell, within 30 days, and to pay the non refundable Landlord Registration fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per residence or fifteen dollars ($15.00) per unit fee, whichever is applicable. All Landlord Registration Licenses shall expire on July 1st of each calendar year, regardless of the date that the property was first registered with the City of Campbell, subject to renewal each year in the manner provided in this chapter.
