(a) An application (on forms provided by the City of Campbell) for a Residential Rental License required by the provisions of this code shall be made to the Director of Administration or his designee, or the Zoning Inspector. The Director of Administration or his designee, or the Zoning Inspector shall issue a Residential Rental License to the owner of a rental dwelling who has submitted an application and paid the twenty-five dollar ($25.00) license fee required by this section.
(b) All multi-complex apartments such as a duplex, four-plex, etc., or single family dwellings that have been modified and allow more than one family to reside on that property hereby qualify to be listed as Rental Property, and the owner will be required to pay a fifteen dollar ($15.00) per unit licensing fee.
