(a) No license shall be granted to an exhibitor that will conduct its business at a location that is within five hundred (500) feet from the boundaries of a parcel of real estate having situated on it a school, public library, public playground, church or residence.
(b) No one eighteen years or younger shall be employed or be permitted to work in such adult video store, adult movie theater or other commercial establishment as defined in this chapter.
(c) No one eighteen years or younger shall enter or be permitted to enter such adult video store, adult movie theater or other commercial establishment as defined in this chapter.
