733.03 TRANSFERABILITY AND REVOCATION OF LICENSE; NUMBER.

The license required by Section 733.01 shall not be transferable and may be revoked by the Mayor for misconduct of the person to whom issued. No person shall take out more than one license in his own name nor shall any person operate under a license issued in the name of another. (Ord. 50-1542. Passed 11-16-50.)
