The list and description required by Section 729.04
shall at all times be open to the inspection of the Chief of Police, or of a police officer deputized by him or by the Mayor to make such inspection. Every pawnbroker shall, at all times, when required by the police or Mayor as provided herein, produce and show any article so listed and described which may be in his possession. (1973 Code §119.05)
