729.03  QUALIFICATIONS; FEE AND BOND.
   The Mayor may grant a pawnbroker’s license to any person of good moral character who may apply therefor, upon payment by such applicant of a license fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per annum, and upon the execution by such applicant of a bond, to the satisfaction of the Mayor, in the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00) conditioned that he will conform to the requirements of this chapter, the laws of the State and any other ordinances of the City.
