(a) Each massage parlor, as hereinabove described, is hereby prohibited from operating within 500 feet of any church, school (public or private), library, public playground, park or private residence.
(b) Five hundred feet as used hereinabove, shall be determined by measuring the distance from the nearest property line of the land on which the proposed licensed premises is located to the nearest property lines of land on which such institutions or public or private places as hereinabove described are located.
