(a) Food Establishment License is hereby established and the fees for said Food Establishment License are as follows:
1,000 square feet or less | $40.00 |
1,001 to 5,000 square feet | 55.00 |
5,001 to 10,000 square feet | 75.00 |
over 10,000 square feet | 115.00 |
(b) After 60 days of prior year’s license expiration date, a twenty-five percent (25%) late fee will be charged to delinquent operators. Temporary or seasonal operators may renew their license before they begin to conduct business during the licensing year.
