(a) Food Service License fees are hereby established and set as follows:

(b) Every person, firm, or corporation obtaining such license shall pay to the Health Department the above Food Service License fees.
(c) After March 1st of the prior year’s license expiration date, a twenty-five percent (25%) late fee will be charged to delinquent operators. Temporary or seasonal operators may renew their license before they begin to conduct business during the licensing year.
