717.19 INSPECTIONS.

It shall be the duty of the Fire Chief to inspect or cause to be inspected at least once every four months all junk yards and junk shops in the City. Such inspection shall be for the purpose of seeing that such premises are operated in conformity with the provisions of this chapter and other ordinances applicable, and that they are kept in a safe, sanitary condition.
