717.18 CLEANLINESS.

All premises used as a junk yard or junk shop shall be kept and maintained in as clean, sanitary and neat a condition as such business will reasonably permit. The person operating a junk yard or junk shop shall maintain the premises so used so that rats, vermin and fire hazard are as far as practicable reduced to a minimum.
