717.16 DEALING WITH DRUNKARDS OR THIEVES.

No person licensed under the provisions of this chapter shall purchase anything whatsoever from any person who is at the time intoxicated, or from an habitual drunkard, or from any person known to them to be a thief or an associate of thieves, or a receiver of stolen property, or from any person they have reason to suspect of being such.
