Every person licensed under the provisions of this chapter shall prepare and deliver every day to the Mayor before the hour of 12:00 noon a legible and correct copy written in English, from the book required by Section 717.10
a description of all articles purchased or received during the preceding day, together with the hour at which each purchase was made and a description of the person from whom the same was purchased. (1973 Code §118.11)
