709.02 RINGING DOORBELLS.

No person distributing handbills, circulars or other advertisements, shall ring the doorbell, sound the door knocker or otherwise call the inmate of any residence to the door for the purpose of receiving such handbill, circular or other advertisement which he may be distributing. No person shall hire any other person to distribute any handbill, circular or other advertisement contrary to the provisions of this section.
