709.01 UNLAWFUL DISTRIBUTION OF ADVERTISING LITERATURE GENERALLY.

No person shall distribute, scatter, pass out or deliver any bills, handbills, advertisements, posters, advertising literature, dodgers, circulars or documents on the streets or other places in the City, or cause the same to be distributed, scattered, passed out or delivered in the City or employ any person for such purpose. (1973 Code §117.01)
