705.99  PENALTY.
   (a)    Whoever violates Sections 705.08 or 705.09 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
   (b)    Whoever violates any other provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which violation occurs or continues.  (Ord. 93-8660.  Passed 3-18-93.)
