705.14 TRANSFERS PROHIBITED.

No Dancer for Adult Entertainment business or Dancer permits are transferable, separate or divisible, and such authority as a permit confers shall be conferred only on the permittee named therein. (Ord. 93-8660. Passed 3-18-93.)
