(a) Business Permit Required. No person shall engage in or carry on the business of dancers for adult entertainment unless he has a valid dancers for adult entertainment business permit issued by the City pursuant to the provisions of this chapter for each and every separate office or place of business conducted by such person.
(b) Dancer's Permit Required. No person shall practice dancing as a dancer employee or otherwise, unless he/she has a valid and subsisting dancer's permit issued to him/her by the City pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
