(A) Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this subchapter, including violations of and noncompliance with conditions and safeguards established in connection with conditions, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be fined not more than $250 or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both, for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
(B) Nothing in division (A) of this section shall be deemed to prevent the village from taking such other lawful action as is necessary to prevent or remedy any violation or noncompliance.
