§ 177.08 CONFLICTS WITH EASEMENT, COVENANT OR DEED RESTRICTIONS AND ORDINANCES.
   This subchapter is not intended to repeal, abrogate or impair any existing easement, covenant or deed restriction. However, where this subchapter and an ordinance, easement, covenant or deed restriction conflict or overlap, the more stringent restriction shall prevail.
