(A) No person shall disturb the good order or quiet of the municipality by indecent, rude or disorderly conduct, by loud and lascivious behavior, by clamor and unnecessary noise, or by fighting or quarreling.
(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
