(A) No person, in the hearing of another person, shall utter or express any profane, bawdy, lewd or filthy word.
(B) No person shall write, paint or in any way publish any indecent picture or representation and make the same public within the municipality.
(C) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
