(A) Fees. The following fees are hereby established for amusement devices in the village:
(1) Jukebox, $25 to $50.
(2) Bowling machine, $25 to $75.
(3) Pool table, $15 to $75.
(4) Video/pinball machine, $25 to $75.
(B) Hours of operation. No person shall operate any of the amusement devices listed in division (A) of this section between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m.
(C) Gambling prohibited. No person shall permit betting or other gambling in connection with the use of the amusement devices set forth in division (A) of this section.
(D) Penalty. Whoever violates any of the provisions of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during which or on which a violation occurs or continues.
