(A) No motor and/or transport vehicle of any kind shall be permitted to park at any time in the Village of Camden as follows:
Along both sides of Cottage Street between North Main Street and Depot Street.
(B) Any person violating any parts of this section shall pay a fine of $30 if paid within five calendar days and $40 after such five-day period, as well as the costs of prosecution and penalties.
