(A) No commercial car or commercial truck, tractor, and/or tractor-trailer as defined in R.C. § 4501.01, may use any street in the village as a thoroughfare or through street, except for Central Avenue, also known as State Route 725; and State Route 127.
(B) Only commercial cars or commercial trucks, and/or tractor-trailers that do business in the downtown area may make deliveries to the downtown businesses.
