§ 172.49 CAPACITY FEES.
   (A)   Any person connecting to or increasing the flow to the sewerage works shall, prior to being issued a permit to make a connection or modification or to increase the flow, pay a capacity fee as provided herein.
   (B)   The capacity fee for a residential living unit shall be $420 per living unit. Each unit in multifamily buildings shall be considered a separate living unit for the purpose of calculating the capacity fee. In a trailer park, each existing trailer pad, whether occupied or not shall be considered to be a living unit for the purpose of calculating the capacity-fee.
   (C)   The capacity fee for commercial, institutional, governmental and industrial accounts shall be determined by the size of the water meter, as follows:

   (D)   In the event the sewer connection provides both residential and commercial service, the commercial capacity fee shall be paid.
