§ 172.28 COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER LAWS.
   (A)   Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to interfere with any additional requirements that may be imposed by the State or the County Board of Health.
   (B)   Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to preclude the application of any State or Federal requirement pertaining to sewers. All persons within the jurisdiction of this subchapter are hereby required to comply with such requirements in addition to the requirements of this subchapter.
