§ 172.24 AUTHORITY OF VILLAGE TO REJECT OR ACCEPT WASTES.
   (A)   The village shall reserve the right to reject any wastes, in whole or in part, for any reason, if the same determined to be detrimental to, or incompatible with, the collection and/or treatment system or process.
   (B)   The village shall reserve the right to accept wastes in excess of normal domestic waste concentration levels upon payment of a surcharge to cover the added costs of treating such wastes.
