§ 172.20 INFORMATION RE WASTEWATER FLOW CHARACTERISTICS.
   The village may require users of the sewage works, other than residential users, to supply pertinent information on wastewater flow characteristics. Measurements, tests and analyses shall be made at the users’ expense. If made by the village, an appropriate charge may be assessed to the user at the option of the village.
