The provisions of Ordinance 1012-2015, passed November 19, 2015, and as it may be amended from time to time, enacting a municipal income tax to be effective beginning January 1, 2016, are hereby adopted by reference and shall be treated as if set forth in full herein. Copies of this ordinance may be obtained, at cost, from the Village Clerk.
