§ 95.99 PENALTY.

(A) Pursuant to G.S. § 14-4, violations of provisions of this chapter shall constitute a Class 3 misdemeanor, punishable by a fine up to $200 and/or a maximum of 20 days in prison.

(B) Alcoholic beverages possessed in violation of this chapter shall be subject to seizure by law enforcement officers and forfeiture, pursuant to G.S. § 18B-504.
