§ 154.08 CIVIL INJUNCTION.

In addition to the issuance of a notice of violation, the suspension or revocation of a sexually oriented business license, or a prosecution for criminal violations, any person who violates this chapter may be subject to all civil and equitable remedies stated in G.S. § 153A-123.
