§ 153.11 APPLICABILITY AND CONTROLLING LEGAL AUTHORITY.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) shall be developed between the county and the Camden County Board of Education within 90 days of adoption of this chapter. All signatories to the MOU agree to adopt this chapter as an official act of their respective governing body, and enforce its terms within each respective jurisdiction.
