§ 52.005 APPLICABILITY OF SEWER USE PROVISIONS.

All public sanitary sewer users shall comply with all applicable provisions of this chapter and shall further comply with applicable federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations, including EPA/DWQ pretreatment standards, which are at that time in effect. In the event of a conflict, the more stringent requirement or higher standard shall apply. Violations of this chapter shall be subject to penalties as provided throughout this chapter.
