§ 31.03 DESIGNATION OF COURTHOUSE DOOR.
   The site of the Courthouse door, the Courthouse bulletin board or the Courthouse steps in the county shall be the area in the foyer and immediately outside the doors to the Courtroom, constructed in 1996.
