§ 110.025 FRANCHISE RENEWAL.
   The grantee shall own the system, but shall have no right to use of public rights-of-way upon the completion of the franchise term. The county shall grant or deny renewal of the franchise of a grantee in accordance with Section 626 of the Communications Act, 47 USC 546, or other applicable law.
