§ 92.01 HOURS OF OPERATION.

The Senior Trail shall be closed to the public from sunset to sunrise each day. Any person using the Senior Trail when it is closed without prior approval from the County Manager or his or her designated representative shall be trespassing and subject to all civil and criminal penalties. It shall be unlawful to trespass on the Senior Trail when the Senior Trail is closed.
