§ 52.217 UNLAWFUL TO OCCUPY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to occupy or use any real or personal property for any purpose for which a water or sewer impact fee is due and payable prior to having paid such fee in full. Each day of such occupancy shall be a separate offense.
