(A) No building permit that includes the approval to install, construct, or otherwise create a structure that includes at least one new water faucet or spigot may be issued by the Building Inspector or other county employee or official until the applicable water impact fees have been paid in full to the county.
(B) No building permit that includes the approval to install, construct, or otherwise create a structure that includes at least one toilet may be issued by the Building Inspector or other county employee of official until the applicable sewer impact fees have been paid in full to the county.
